Load That Junk
1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or using services provided by Load That Junk (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“you” or “client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Load That Junk provides junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and related labor services. Services include the removal, loading, hauling, recycling, donation, or disposal of unwanted items as agreed upon at the time of service.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are non-binding unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Final pricing may change based on actual volume, weight, time required, accessibility, labor conditions, or additional items not originally disclosed.
- Pricing is typically based on truck space used, labor, and disposal fees.
- Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payment methods.
- Failure to pay may result in additional fees, service refusal, or legal collection efforts.
- All sales are final once services are rendered.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Load That Junk reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Clearly identify all items to be removed prior to service.
- Ensure safe and legal access to the items and property.
- Remove or secure pets, children, and fragile items from the work area.
- Obtain permission from property owners, landlords, or HOAs if required.
7. Prohibited Items
Load That Junk does not remove hazardous or restricted materials unless explicitly agreed in writing. Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals, solvents, or explosives
- Asbestos or biohazard materials
- Medical waste
- Flammable or toxic substances
If prohibited items are discovered, Load That Junk may refuse service or charge additional fees.
8. Damage and Liability
- Load That Junk will take reasonable care while performing services; however, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural weaknesses, or customer instructions.
- We are not liable for damage to items left behind or for items mistakenly removed if they were not clearly marked or communicated.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Donation and Disposal
Load That Junk may donate, recycle, or dispose of items at its discretion unless the customer provides specific instructions. We do not guarantee that items will be donated or recycled.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Load That Junk reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Unsafe or hazardous conditions exist
- Customer behavior is abusive or threatening
- Payment cannot be secured
- Terms and conditions are violated
11. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Load That Junk, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Load That Junk operates.
13. Modifications
Load That Junk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting or use.
